We require the guest making the booking to be at least 24 years old and provide valid ID during the booking process. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a full email confirmation with all your check-in details and property information.
For reservations made directly through our website: full refund up to 30 days before check-in, 50% refund between 7 and 30 days before check-in, and no refund within 7 days of check-in. To cancel, email us with your reservation number and we’ll handle everything promptly.
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available depending on occupancy — just get in touch in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Most of our properties are pet-friendly. Please confirm that your chosen property accepts pets before completing your booking, and let us know on the booking form that you’ll be bringing an animal. Additional terms may apply.
